Deposit Guarantee
Savings accounts with Norrvidd Finance AB (publ) are covered by the Swedish state deposit guarantee scheme, as decided by the Swedish National Debt Office (Riksgälden). Each account holder is entitled to compensation for their total deposits with the institution up to a maximum amount of SEK 1,150,000. In addition to this amount, account holders may, under certain circumstances and in accordance with applicable law, be entitled to compensation for certain deposits attributable to specifically defined events, such as the sale of a private residence, up to a maximum amount of SEK 5 million. Riksgälden will pay the compensation within 7 business days from the date on which the institution was declared bankrupt or Finansinspektionen decided that the guarantee should be activated.
