Behind every loan we acquire, there is a person. We expect every customer, savers and borrowers alike, to be treated fairly, professionally and with respect for their privacy and dignity. We set written requirements for our debt collection partners on how this is to be done. Environmental, social and governance considerations are built into how we select investments and monitor our partners. Complaints are handled through a formalised process open to all customers.
